Collection of ESX 4 scripts for Daily basis administration

hi is there any site or portal through which i can get all the scripts to administer vsphere environemnt . for example Storage vmotion, virtual machine creation,Virtual machine name as per host their disk and drive size and etc.i have a very large environment to manage near 30 ESX and 500 Virtual machine with 50 TB of Stoarge . Please provide the reference.
