I'm yet to receive my welcome kit after passing my vSphere exam just over 6 weeks ago. I e-mailed firstname.lastname@example.org but like you am getting no response, from reading these forums it seems to be something they are particularly bad at so it isn't just you.
In my case they had mailed it to my old address from 3+ years ago, because Pearson VUE still had my old address on file. So if you got your MCP or whatever 10 years ago, and have moved since then....
This afternoon I spoke to someone from Certification hot line and she said it will be sent by Fedex with in a day or 2....
Yeah lemme keep my finger crossed....
