    Issue after a reboot

    smalldragoon Enthusiast

      Hi all,

I just rebooted the ESX as the GUI was not able to connect anymore and it seems that the problem is bigger than I though.

none of the VM are startting, I can not even list available ones  ( with vmware-command -l , result is   :

/usr/bin/vmware-cmd: Could not connect to server

(VMControl error -3: Invalid arguments: Login failed.) )

Checking in our action history, the last action which was performed on this ESX was a try for an import for a vmmachine ( and it failed )

I tried to connect using the -U and -P option but nothing ....

Here is the paste from the /var/log/messages

I see 2 lines at the end for " file not found "???

      Thanks in advance !
