Shows Request Timeout Error while adding 3.5 ESX Host to V.C 2.5.0

Hi

We have 10 ESX 3.5 added in Virtual Center 2.5 , mean while when i try to add new Host it wait for a long and respond error .

I have checked in the ESX host no vpxa user created .

Find the below log from vpxa.log

* Another process is already running for this config file : pid=12781*

* Failed to initialize authd module functionality. Is vpxa already running?*

* Failed to do early initialization*

Can i have any solution .

I also tried to restart my Vpxa service but it fails to Start

vmware-vpxa is stopped
