Does any body have an answer from support service?
I open two requests for a valid license and no answer back.
One was open on July 3 and the other on July 7, the first support request was derivate to other area and nothing, the second I never has an answer back.
Sorry if this task doesn't belong here.
Moved it to the correct forum. More importantly, will find out what the turnaround times are nowadays for Support. What level of support do you have, for what product, and how did you contact Support? (Just some basic info to pass along)
