VMWare Client Hypervisor?

I just watched this keynote with Intel and Citrix and wondered if VMWare was developing anything similar?

http://www.citrix.com/tv/#video/423

Video shows (10mb?) client hypervisor running two VMs at the same time on a laptop with HD video and a game running in one VM and a business VM in the other. There also appears to be some crossover of apps between the VMs too - running apps securely from one VM in the other.

Personally I hae been looking forward to a client hypervisor for a while now ...

I'm looking forward to something like this as well. The Citrix client (XenClient) will be free and hopefully we'll see the same from VMware. And the ability to run ESX(i) VMs. Smiley Happy

I agree, reading around a little I hope that this is not just treated as something just for VNWare View. It will be interesting to see ...

From the conversation that I have had with people in VMware about there thought process regarding this, VMware view is but a small part of it.
