Update Manager failed?

I have remediated a server to u4, but the vi client still shows ESX Server, 3.5.0,123630...when it should 153875.

Rebooted the server twice...no go ..

Please help

if ESX, what does it say if you run the following command at the service console?

vmware -v

looks like VUM didn't patch to U4. You may want to "scan for updates" again and see what pops up. Or create a static baseline, just for U4 and remediate against that.

Did that already still a no go....i also removed all the baselione's and did a scan then re-added the baselines...and still no go...

I'm having the same issue also. ESX hosts are U3, VC is U4. I can see all the post-U3 patches listed in the VUM repository but they don't get identified as non-compliant after scanning. If anyone has any update on this, please post.
