VMs Freeze in ESX 3.5 U2

Good morning,

Lately I've been experiencing some VM freezing - when trying to use RDP to connect, the connection fails.

Ping is fine, and when I log in to the console (through VI Client), the screen is black, and then everything appears - first the screensaver, and then I'm able to use RDP.

Any clues?

It can be anything, but first;

- VMware Tools up to date?

- Might want to remove the screensaver (it's waisting resources)

- Are you overcommitting resources?
