You cant directly map HBA card with an VM.But, you can configure the VM to use RDM by having N_Port ID Virtualization.
This N_Port ID generates the Virtual WWNN and WWPN. I think N_Port ID virtualization supported by QLogic. WE have to chekc any other vendor does or not.

hi, basically VCB should be only installed on Physical windows server.its not recommded to install VCB as a VM........because the basic idea is to remove the overhead of backup from the esx environment and isolate the traffic......
