CP

Anyone have experience on vmware capacity planner? I having some problem when tried to discover the physical server. When I test the connect it show "host not up". But I have tried to do PING test and RDP to my target machine, is working fine.

Hey,

You also need other IP ports open, not just those 2.

Hi Laieh,

In the envirionment that I've just cp'd, they had multiple domains, and I had to get the domain admins group (the credentials I had been given) added to the local admins groups for those servers.

Also helpful, and disabled when I first tried to connect, is having WMI and remote registry enabled in the services cpl.
