I tried.. I mean, I have this friend who tried to create a VM using Fusion 2.0.2 and Snow Leopard Server 10a261. My friend is using a Mac Pro (early 2008), 8-way Xeon, 16 GB RAM.
Both "Mac OS X 10.6 Server (experimental)" and "Mac OS X 10.6 Server 64-bit (experimental)" give the same results:
1. As it boots the DVD, my friend sees:
"Please wait for the DVD to load... EBIOS read error: Error 0x31
Block 0 Sectors 4
EBIOS read error: Error 0x31
Block 0 Sectors 4"
it then starts to boot, but the guest quickly panics (see screen shot). My friend has downloaded the DVD image twice from Apple.
Known problem? I realize... my friend realizes Snow Leopard is a moving target.
Known issue, fixed internally but did not make it in time for 2.0.2.

I'm having the same problem with Snow Leopard and 10.5 Server.
