Where can I find licensing info for applications doing a P2V?

We will be doing numerous P2V migrations. I was wondering, does anyone know the best place for me to look up info on how existing applications licensing (ie MS apps, IBM apps) will work after we move from physical to virtual?

Seriously though, I don't think I've ever seen one website that collects all this info, so it means going to each companies website and searching for the info. Unfortunately some companies like Microsoft seem to constantly change their licensing schemes in a virtual world. Here is one link to get you started on MS licensing

IBM licensing is a bit of a mess as well, and they appear to charge you by socket and core as well as vm and vCPU. See here:
