I'm getting an error for the VM console. Although it is not causing any issues but does not give a good feeling everrytime i look at it.

Take a look at the following KB
Do the following on ESX host
Edit /etc/vmware/config with a utility such as nano .
Add the following line:
vmauthd.server.alwaysProxy = "TRUE"
Your issue should go away immediately, if not you have another problem
