Snap short Error

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am taking live machine snap short and it give me error

"Failed to take a memory snapshot since the virtual machine is configured with independent disks"

Hi,

The snapshot faeture fails when you try to take snapshot of VMs which have hardisks from multiple storage, and virtual disks with independent disk feature.

This is not suported.

If you want to take a snapshot of these disks , you need to change them to non independent disks mode.

In case of independent disks you can take a snapshot with out the memory option., but cannot take a memory snapshot of independent disks.
