virtual machine is already in use by a virtual machine or by a snapshot

running workstation 6.5.0 on linux host with xp as guest, I was moving my xp hardrive's to different partition, when I try to turn on the host xp I get this error:

Unable to change virtual machine power state: Unable to open file "/mnt/fedora.unity/950gig.ntfs.2nd/950gig.ntfs.2nd":

One of the disks in this virtual machine is already in use by a virtual machine or by a snapshot.

I do not see any vmx.lck files in the dir /mnt/fedora.unity/950gig.ntfs.2nd/950gig.ntfs.2nd for this hardrive.

suggestions or ideas? thanks

post a full filelisting for that directory - maybe there are locks on snapshots ...

I just tryed rebooting my linux host, still getting same error.
