Il n'y a rien qui tourne dessus: toutes les machines virtuelles sont "éteintes".
Seule une connection ssh est ouverte vers le serveur ESXi et ViClient depuis un client windows XP.
Comment est configuré le vswitch ?

non, c'est une installation basique... 1 seule carte réseau physique configurée et utilisée.
