VMNETDHCP periodically fails

Since upgrade to 6.5 from 6.0.5, DHCP on guest fails every 5-6 hours.

The guest is XP SP3, connected in NAT mode; the VM was created under v 6.0.4, and later hardware and tools upgraded to 6.5.

When this occurs, tcp/ip connectivity on guest is temporarily lost because it loses DHCP address (see below).

Shortly after this, the guest manages to renew the address (or anyway, it renews IP connectivity).

This is new problem for me with 6.5; it never occured with 6.0.x.

THough I had a different problem in 6.0.x with crashing VMNAT service; this does not occur in 6.5.

The following are eventlog messages on guest (always occur in pairs):

-
