microsoft NLB

Hi,

Anyone have experience to setup microsoft NLB on virtual machine? Any special setting on vmware layer have to be done before setup the NLB?

Several NLB's web servers...

Physical and virtual, as well as virtual and virtual.

No issues.

I agree. I have 3 web servers in an NLB cluster and 2 terminal servers (all virtual) and the NLB works perfectly. I would suggest assigning 2 NICs and making sure it's Unicast with no affinity set.
