Do you have a firewall between the VC Server and your ESX Servers? If so, are all the proper ports open? 80, 443, 902, 903.

Are there Guests running on the system without any issues? Are you able to connect to the ESX Server directly with the Virtual Infrastructure Client?

Have you tried removing the Host from VirtualCenter and re-adding it again?

No, the guest system doesn't have problems. I am not able to connect the ESX Server directly with the Virtual Infrastructure Client.
