The first error you get is not really an error. You get this whenever you copy a machine, its just a reminder of what you may need to do with the newly cloned VM.
Have you copied all the files which make up your VM, it seems as though the disk can not be reconstituted from the various snapshots. The file refered to is a snapshot disk file (which I guess holds changes sinse the snapshot) not the main disk file.
If you have copied all files, another option maybe to callapse all the snapshots on the working machine and then copy the files.
thanks for answering. I controlled those things, and i'm sure i copied all files and then the virtual machine has not snapshots reffered to it. I don't know what to do..
Did you copy the files while the VM was running? If so, you should shut down the source VM and do it again - you cannot copy files while a VM is running (though you can take a snapshot and then copy the basedisk while the VM is using the snapshot - at least, that's supposed to work).
One thing to try is to remove all files/directories with LOCK or .lck in the name from the VM directory and then try again.
