I have same problem

\- 2 XEON Processor 3.0 Ghz - 1 Mb Cache - 800 Mhz FSB
\- 4 Gb of Memory
\- SRCU42X raid controller
\- 2 Hard Drive 72 Gb SCSI in Miror Mode for System
\- 2 Hard Drive 72 Gb SCSI in Miror Mode for data
\- Intel management module Professional Edition
\- Intel server management 8.2
I have 4 same servers, on 2 of them running W2k standart sp4
On another 2 windows 2003 server standart
Do You use management module?

I have this same issue. According to Intel Channel Reseller technical support, this is a known issue with the SE7520AF2 motherboard and the Intel Management Module. They have a newer revision of this motherboard that eliminates the problem, but it has not yet been validated or released. Expected release time is a few weeks.
For now, remove the Intel Server Management Software within Windows, physically remove the Management Module from the motherboard, and then reflash the server using the with the Intel System Update Package.
Following this procedure will stabilize the server until the newer motherboard revision is available. Intel is replacing the motherboard under an in-warrenty replacement when the new part is ready. I suggest calling Intel technical support and opening a case. If you do this, they will notify you when the part is available.
