error when scheduling VMotion

I was scheduling the VMotion for moving a virtual machine from one server to another server. when i clicked the destination host I got an error message that i couldnt transfer the virtual machine. I have attached the error files in this post. Please help me with a solution.

Hi,

Check following things:

• The pNIC(s) for the vSwitch with vMotion should be 1000 FULL on each esx (and to avoid problems on the correspondend pSwitch, too).

• Check that the labels of each port group on a vswitch are spelled on each esx exactly the same.

The first error you are getting is because of the other alerts, you need to set interfaces on both hosts to Full duplex / 1000mbs. And it looks like the vmotion interfaces are not named the same, one is 'Shares' and the other is 'Shared'. Correct these and you should be good to go!
