I seem to be getting this on an intermittent basis,
It happens to all my ESX servers, the only common denominator is that they are blades in a Dell 1855 Chassis system, I use ABAB SAN switch infrastructure,
I have 10 Volumes presented to my 15 ESX Servers
On occasion I'm also having to rescan my HBA's as they lose sight of presented volumes, and paths.
I have checked the obvious: fibre cables from the ESX servers to the HP FC switches, Dell Chassis hardware revisions etc.
Vmkernel Log: Warning: ScsiUID 550: path 'vmhba0:C0:T0:L1' : Support ANSI version 'SCS-2' (0x2). In order to be used with ESX device must support the SCSI 3 protocol
