Microsoft Intellimouse Optical - All 5 Buttons ?

Is it possible to access all 5 buttons of my Intellimouse ?

I need those for CAD.

All I find is a generic mousedriver from VMWare.

Is it possible to load the Intellipoint 4.x driver, f.e. use that mouse

as an additional USB device ?
