VMware + Time Machine = death

If you run Time Machine VMware will die a horrible death when it kicks in to do its thing (:45 past the hour on my system).

Disable Time Machine if you plan to run VMware. Note: Adding the directory with your VM files to the Time Machine's exclusion list does NOT help. You must disable Time Machine completely.

Hm, I did not see the same problem... what version of VMware are you using?

1.1RC and 1.0. Same problem with both. Hangs with a spinning beach ball, have to hard reset the machine to kill the task.

Here is what happens: First file is before, second is after.
