vmnic0 - 100 Half Duplex?

Hi,

I just noticed that our virtual switch is set to 100 Half Duplex.

Should I change this to Auto? We're having performance issues.

The Adapter is a Broadcom NetXtreme II BCM5709

The change will help only if your uplink physical NIC is running at 1Gbps full duplex. Check esxcfg-vswitch -l and then see with esxcfg-nics -l what is the actual speed of your adaptor.

Sometime the UTP cable or patch panel connectivity may caused the problem as well.
