how network traffic is routed in vNetwork

Hello everybody,

I have a network topology (below). VM has two vNIC (VMNETWORK, NET LISTENER) belong to 10.151.18.x network. When i console in virtual machine, i can not ping to ip of it's vNIC but can ping to vmk0 (10.151.18.84). When i am at my PC, i also can only ping to vmk0 (10.151.18.84). Additional, i wonder when packet go into vmnic0 (belong vSwitch0), which portgroup receives it???. Thank advanced

Which virtual machine you're opening the console, the virtual machine TT1-V2500-01 ? If yes, please post the IP configuration of all network interfaces of TT1-V2500-01.

By the way, based on image you have two different vSwitch and each vSwitch with a Physical Adapter... can you tell me if vmnic0 and vmnic1 are connected to the same layer 2 domain ?
