dvSwitch Upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5 does not allow Traffic filtering and marking

In my lab I have upgraded from 5.1 to 5.5 and then upgraded the dvSwitch to version 5.5.  The dvSwitch shows the proper version of 5.5 though when I try to enable Traffic filtering and marking on either the dvUplink or dvPortgroup it does not work.  Selecting the Status: Enabled and click OK does nothing, not even a task in vCenter.  When I create a new switch it works as expected.  Has anyone else experienced this?

looks like its not a known issue, cant find this problem documented in KB or Release notes. May be a bug.

its good to report the issue to vmware support. They will raise a PR with the VMware engineering and get its fixed if its a reproducible issue.
