I have a requirement to have an absolute limit of 1Gbps for VMs running on a dvSwitch with 10Gbps uplinks.
I need to prevent micro bursts of greater than 1Gbps in the sample window.
How does peak bandwidth get calculated? Is it over time? For example , does it do 5 second samples?
