hey,
we have many esx servers and hundreds of vm-server.
in the past we had a problem about a defect nic. a lonely port causes a lot of damage.
the most files, which went over the defective vmnic, were corrupt.
we had a lot of problems about the troubleshooting.
has anybody any ideas of pretend such single nic-port-defects?
maybe some scripts for ESX to alert us before the damage is still small?
it would be nice to minimize the time of detection.
