Virtual infrastructure - Configuration at core/access switch

Hello,

Please help understand below points

--To implement a virtual infrastrucure with ESX host and virtual machine running in different VLAN - what configuration is required at core/access switch.

--If virtual infrastrucutre needs to communicate to servers which are behind firewall - what changes needs to be done at firewall/core/access switch side

--Any special requirements for communicating with servers in DMZ domain

Please help

The simplest method is just treat your virtual machines as you would physical machines and configure your core switches accordingly insuring the p orts are configured for the approriate vLANs - the same holds true for communicating thwough a firewall and to machines in the DMZ -
