I have confusion on vDS.
We have ESXi 4.1 servers with two physical NIC.
when we create the vDS, it ask the no. of uplink port. how many ports of vDS should be assign to the uplink port. What is best practice ?
If we use only one port as uplink port however i am able to connect all 4 physical NIC of to single uplink port on VDS. but it uses the 4 ports on vDS. So why should we give the more port on uplink port group .
