VM not seeing DHCP

Got a VMWare ESXI running on a network. There are two private networks available. One for the corporate and the other for the university (corporate is in a university). The university's network has got a DHCP but the corporate's systems have got static addresses. The corporate's computers are connected through a switch (including the computer which VMWare ESXI is running on).

VMWare ESXI doesn't have any problem on connecting to the either corporate or the university addresses, but the VMs can only see the corporate's network. The VMs cannot see the DHCP of the university.

Here's the vSwitch topology:

Here's what I get on the say Windows 10 VM:

Neither Windows 10 nor the Ubuntu Server cannot get IP from the DHCP of the university.

Ensure VLAN ID is correct.
Ensure network settings are correct. You can assign a static IP for the VM to validate network configuration. Then, try to reach to the DHCP Server and own gateway.
