Too many connections to VM, high ping, how to increase bandwidth?

Good day sirs!

We have a bottleneck with RDS server.

Due to overload esxi host, we can not create cluster for now.

There is more than 100 connections per VM.

So the problem is very high ping latency to it:

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

    Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 2015ms, Average = 247ms

Is there any ways, to increase bandwidth?

We have more than 2 free nics, m.b. we can use it?

Hello spoollka!

Well, first of all, a lot of information we need!

Do you have vSS (virtual Standard Switches) or vDS (virtual Distributed Switches)?

How many nics per host?

Actual configuration (vmkernel, portgroups, etc.)?

Regards,

Dan Belmonte

Hello,

Ok, so RD01 is connected with adapter vmnic02 ( 1000 ), is there a possibility to attached vmnic03 to the same switch to spread the load on 2 nics?

Did you some testing with perfmon?
