RDP issues after Vmware HA

Hi,

In our Vsphere enviroment (4.1 U1) whenever a HA event occurs when the VM's comes up in other boxes, there are serious issues with RDP connection to the VM's. RDP connection will not stay online for more than a minute. What fixes the issue is, vmotion the machine to other available ESX and reboot the VM and it's getting fixed. Want to know the root cause for this.

Does other networking function within the virtual machines after the HA failover? Is it just RDP that works strangely?

Is this happens for the all the migrated VM across all the host?

Is that a host specified for failover like any one host in cluster and all the vms migrate there and the problem occurs?

If the problem occurs for the migrated VM on any 1 esxi host alone?

then we need to look at the issue on ESXI host. if it occurs on all the migrated VMs across all host in cluster then its strange thing.
