What is the best network and VMware config that will be near LACP/etherchannel capability in terms of redundancy if standard vswitch will be used.
Vsphere 6 is the version being used
It actually depends on your needs. I usually stay with the defaults with standard vSwitches, and have at least two uplinks to different physical switches.

It depends. Route based on port id is pretty good and low maintenance from an ops perspective or if you want to take a bit more control you can use active passive to dictate which VLAN goes through which NIC (in normal operation).
The default Route Based on Originating Virtual Port load-balancing algorithm is good enough. In majority of cases static or dynamic LAGs are not required.
