We are preparing feasible design as follows
Existing inventory:-
vmware ESX5
HP 640c chasis with blades & 7~8 ethernet ports at back panel.
Goal:- Add virtual L2 & L3 switches, enable routing in between virtual subnets and extend it to physical machines/subnets.
We went through vmware PDF guides but wanted to know how can we deploy it easily in our scenario.
Simply adding L2,L3 vm switches + doing VLAN config like we do on Cisco physical switches will do or any special settings are there for communication between virtual switches to physical switches in another subnets?
