How to establish connection between VMs on Workstation and VMs on ESXi

Hello All,

I have a small test environment.

There are some VMs which are running on vmware workstation 9.0.0 which is installed at one real machine with Windows XP.

There is another real machine with esxi5.1 on it and I create 2 VMs on it.

How could I establish connection between VMs on both real machines?

Both real machines are connected to router.

Welcome to the Community - So you have all the VMs on the same subnet? If they are on different routes have you created routed on the router?

Let we suppose that the route have following ip 192.168.1.1

VMs which are on the Workstation use NAT and they are at following network 192.168.88.0 with mask 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.88.2

The ESXi ip is 192.168.1.101.

It has a vSwithch0 with one VMkernel port and Virtual Machine Port Group

How could I configured the esxi or workstation the establish connection between the vms from both real machines
