Connecting an ESXi server to a wireless network

I would like to set up ESXi on a wireless network in a non production lab environment.  The plan is to use a bridge such as:

Then to set my ESXi host to obtain an IP address using DHCP.   I could connect my standard onboard nic to the bridge using a regular cable.  (This is a regular physical server running ESXi 5.x).

Will this work to put ESXi on the network?
Can I then add VMs on this host behind the same bridge or can I only get one IP behind the bridge?

Should work. You connect the bridge to the wireless network then it basically acts as a switch for anything you plug into it.
