Cisco Switch, Setup etherchannel group per vswitch?

I have two Hosts and plan on connecting to two separate Cisco switches.

Looking to find out if I need to setup an Etherchannel group per vswitch.

I have not been able to find an answer to this so I appreciate your thelp.

Welcome to the Community,

There's usually no need for an EtherChannel configuration.

I'd stay with the defaults for the Management, and Production vSwitch. For the vMotion vSwitch you may want to consider to setup Multi-NIC vMotion.

VMware supports only one Etherchannel bond per Virtual Standard Switch (vSS). Prior to vSphere 5.5, when using Virtual Distributed Switches (vDS), each ESXi/ESX host can only have one etherchannel bond configured per vDS.

looks like you can only have 1 per vswitch yet currently I have 1 group per host =/

Depending on your use case - why not just create a VSS for each category of traffic.
