Celerra NS-480 Networking

Environment:

3 - ESXi 4.1 Embedded Dell 710 servers

1 -vCenter Server -Enterprise

2- Celerra NS-480 Data Movers in Active / Passive configuration

2 - Cisco switches in a 4800 chassis - No 10G ports

There are a total of 8 physical network ports available on the ESXi servers.

Any suggestions as to best network design?

I am proposing:

2 Active/Active teamed ports on vSwitch0 for Mgmt & Data Backup VLAN

2 Active/Active teamed ports on vSwitch1 for Virtual Machine VLAN's

2 Active/Active teamed ports on vSwitch2 for VMotion VLAN

2 Ports TBD for NFS to Celerra

From what I have read configuring the ports on the Celerra for Fail Safe Networking might limit the available bandwidth.

Does anyone have suggestions or publications that provide best practices for Fault Tolerance along with increasing bandwidth on aggregated ports?Nothing is set in stone so please offer any suggestions to provide HA along with performance.

Thanks, -Jeff
