Adding NICs to ESX 3.5

My ESX server has already 6 NICs installed and Im planning to add 4 More NICs to it,

When I physically add these NICs to my server ESX will automatically detect or do I need to make some config changes.

I m so greatful if you could answer.

Thanks,

If the NICs are on the HCL ESX will make them available to you without doing anything.

You can add them to your vSwitches going to CONFIGURATION - Hardware - Networking - Properties of the vSwitch - Network Adapters Tab and Add them here.
