why I can not download iso?

why I can not download iso?

When I enter the download center,all the iso can no be download.

it prompt that

" Your download request has been received and is under review for download eligibility.
Contact us if you have any questions and quote Message ID: 621.

International: 1-650-427-6685

Why?

before the vmware web changed,I could download.

So I shoud what to do .

The same thing happened to me, even trying to just download the free vSphere hypervisor.

I just tried again to download and now I am able to.

I'm assuming you are trying to download a trial product. Then this usually means you have already downloaded the product. Suppose you have downloaded vSphere4.1U1 and you want to download vSphere4.1U2 you will be unable to downloaded if your trial period has expired.
