As a standalone server you should be ok as long as your CPU supports 64bit.

I just installed vsphere in 2 dl360g4p

ok interesting... so i just got the first error after the install finished!

TSC: 1049520 cp0:0)Init: 461: The Execute Disabled/No Execute CPU feature is not enabled for this machine.

So after going into the bios and changing this option I dont get the error anymore!

I got the same message on the DL360 g4p I installed vsphere. Just go to the BiOS under the advanced options and enable the "disable no execute CPU feature"

Hello,

Whether a DL380G4 will be supported will depend I believe on the CPUs used within the chassis. Other than the CPUs, there should be no major issues.

It'll depend on the model of controller. Would you know what it has? For running 64 bit VMs, the CPUs will need to support Intel VT.
