vShpere 4 Clean install CPU error - DL 380 G6

We bought a new HP DL 380 G6 2* Intel Xeon CPU E5540 @ 2.53 Ghz and tried to install vShpere, install went ok but the log in screen displayed the following information. Has anyone came accross this?

TSC: 631030280 cpu0:0)NUMA:827 : Significant imbalance between NUMA nodes detected. Performance may be impacted.

You will may have to change Advanced NUMA Attributes on the ESX server. Check this thread:

It looks like your memory is unevenly distributed between the two CPUs.

This Alert is posted when one numa node's memory exceeds the average

memory per numa node by more than 30%. What do you see if you do:

iceland 1000> cat /proc/vmware/NUMA/hardware

System type : Unspecific System

1. NUMA Nodes : 2

Node ID MachineMem ManagedMem CPUs

0 00 16379 MB 15385 MB 0 1 2 3 4 5

1 01 16384 MB 16315 MB 6 7 8 9 10 11

Thanks for your answer is pointed me inthe right direction, we have 4Gig in one balnk and 12 in the other i removed the 8gig SIM and rebooted

memory is not reprted coretly what could be the resamon with this NUMA error
