vCenter Server 6 installation using existing DB

Working on a datacenter exit and need to move vCenter from one location to another. The DB will be copied and dumped to the new location, we plan to install a new vCenter Server 6 and use the existing DB. This used to work well in vCenter 5. Just wanted to know suggestions on this, will there be any issues installing vCenter Server 6 and using existing DB.

Yes it works with 6.0. But now you need to check the restrictions(SQL Express etc.)
