vCenter SSO 5.5 - Users aren't editable when upgraded from 5.1.

I have made some installation tests (non-productive) with vCenter 5.5 on Win2008 R2.
After the upgrade of SSO, I noticed a problem with the internal SSO users.

- I can't change any user properties.

Everything is greyed out. No password change, no unlock. etc. (using Administrator@vsphere.local or other administrator)
Amazingly, I can create a new user and then edit everything I need. But all old user accounts including Administrator@vsphere.local are not editable.

I have made two SSO upgrade from different instances/configurations. Both have the same issue. It does not accur with a fresh installation.

Has anyone noticed the same problem?

How can I fix it?

Yes I'm sure you cannot delete the old users too.
