Yes, since vCenter Server 5.5 U2 is not supported by vCenter Server Heartbeat and remember that vCSHB is End of Life, this way I believe that VMware will not release any new version of vCSHB to support latest releases of vCenter Server.

They released Heartbeat 6.6 u1 in dec..it supports vcenter 5.5 u2

Oh sorry, seems like the Interop Matrixes is out of date and checked the release notes no 6.6 U1 and you're right: VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat 6.6 Update 1
