sequence for update esxi feature

Dear all

hi

i have seen this Update sequence for vSphere 6.0 and its compatible VMware products (2109760) | VMware KB

is that means for example if i want update my horizon view to 7 sequence for update all of them is this:

1 - update View Composer

2 - update View ConnectionServer

3 - update vCenterServer

4 - update ESXi

5- update Vmware tools

6 - update ViewAgent /Client

it is strange for me that update esxi is in fourth step

The update sequence itself is ok. There are some dependencies especially due to the protocols (SSLv3, TLSv1.x, ...) which require some attention.

I did this a few weeks ago, and it worked well. However, due to the mentioned protocol changes, I had to follow the documentation and temporarily enable TLSv1.0 (see http://pubs.vmware.com/horizon-7-view/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/view-70-installation.pdf) for the Composer and the Connection Server(s) to ensure that these components were able to access vCenter Server and the ESXi hosts.
