esxi host maintanance mode fail(request timed out)

Hello

                   when the host esxi entering in to maintanance mode got failed(request is timed out). becuase of VM migration to destination host fail saying error"

The host reporting error in its attempts to provide vsphere HA support"

A general system error occurred source detected that destination failed to resume"

what might be the reason

and when i trying migrate manually one by one vm migrated with no issues.

but when the system trying to migrate only these errors occured

Its seem like your .vmx file of the virtual machine has VMSafe filter entries for the network card.

Hence if possible can you post the logs and the error printscreen

I had seen this issue, Disable HA and Re-enable HA on the cluster and check if this fix the issues.

  there are not enough resources to ensure fail over capacity.Disable strict admission control should allow a host to enter maintenance mode.
